Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by informing us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend the session may not be eligible for a refund.

If a session is cancelled by Future Elevators due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund.

Fees paid for completed counselling sessions, psychometric assessments, assessment reports, workshops, or other services are non-refundable.

Any eligible refund will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
