With 12 years of experience in education and student development, Maitreyee began her professional journey as an English teacher in reputed schools across West Bengal and Hyderabad, where she mentored and inspired countless students to achieve their full potential.

Driven by a passion for helping students navigate lifes most important decisions, she transitioned into psychological counselling and career guidance over the past five years. She is a Certified Career Counselling Advisor (CCA), a Certified Life Coach, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling. Through multiple school-based counselling internships and extensive work with adolescents, she has developed deep expertise in understanding students emotional, behavioural, and developmental needs.

Every student has unique abilities, aspirations, and untapped potential. Sometimes, all they need is the right guidance to discover who they are and where they truly belong. This belief has been the foundation of my journey as an educator and counsellor.

I am Maitreyee Dutta, a dedicated education and counselling professional with 12 years of experience in the field of education and student development. I began my career as an English teacher, serving in reputed schools across West Bengal and Hyderabad, where I had the privilege of mentoring students, nurturing their academic growth, and supporting their personal development. These years in the classroom helped me understand that every student learns differently and deserves individualized guidance.
